The new dashboard still needs some adjustments to allow migration from the existing control panels.
Instead of forcing it to work while in production, the best path forward is to continue with updated versions of WHMCS and SolusVM for the next few weeks and re-release once bugs are fixed.
Migrations to the new hardware will be scheduled as soon as possible.
