Servers will be moving to a new infrastructure setup in the Los Angeles datacenter on 3/30/23:
Maintenance window: 00:15 - 7:30 Los Angeles local time
Maintenance impact: Up to 3 hours
Service availability can be monitored on https://status.maxkvm.com
Virtual Machines can be migrated to any other datacenter by support ticket (with new IP address assignment) to avoid any downtime and can be migrated back after maintenance is completed.
Please contact support if you experience downtime lasting more than 3 hours and please also feel welcome to contact anytime with any questions.
