A maintenance emergency on 7/7/20 at 22:40 PDT (UTC -7) prompted the immediate shutdown of our busiest host in Los Angeles (LAX-10). To ensure data integrity for all machines, the entire server was taken offline, repairs were completed, and the machine was rebooted at 23:00 PDT (UTC -7).
Since a valuable reboot could not be wasted without activating additional improvements, two changes were made on the host machine that will eventually be enabled for all customers on our entire infrastructure:
VM-x/AMD-V : ✔ Enabled
